ARTIST INFO: Delores J. Ekberg

You have found E-Z ARTS, owned by myself Delores J. Ekberg,  at www.e-z-arts.com which indicates you are interested in art as am I.  To create paintings using watercolor, oils, acrylics, pastels, or collage, based on eye-catching scenes or themes I find exciting, colorful or humorous, keeps life interesting.   

After retirement I reverted to my childhood love of art and started honing my long-neglected skills.  With some success selling on eBay, I decided to build my website to cut out the middleman.   Managing the website became time consuming, and beyond annoying. 

So, here I am near Rapid City, SD in the beautiful Black Hills with gorgeous scenery all around me, and no steady way to get my paintings out there, except to try again to set up a website.  I want to present affordable art to a wide audience, and find happiness in knowing someone “out there” owns and enjoys my work in their space.  What could be more rewarding? 

As my term as president of Northern Plains Watercolor Society comes to an end, I hope time allows me to learn about my server, until I become proficient enough to  design, upload and update my paintings as easily on www.e-z-arts.com as I do on www.facebook/deloresekberg where only people who ‘friend’ me get to see my work.
